Hi my name is Tony Pacheco I've put this web page together as a Semester Project. I'm majoring in Culanary Arts and hope to be a personel chef. Our topic was to give examples of how computers help our major. I've found that in the food industry computers are used in every aspect of the buisness. When a waiter or waitress takes an order it is put in to the computer and sent to the chef is back. The computer not only does this, but also keeps inventory of what foods are selling more, and what needs to ordered to keep inventory up to par.

Computers and Food Industry.

In my goal to be a personal chef I have found that computers are used to keep track of clients likes and dislikes, alergys to foods, dietary needs, and personal schedules. Computers will also keep inventory of my personal stocks and budgets for my buisness. They will help with orders and shipping schedules. I can't imagine what we would do with out computers in the world.
